1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders you place as a consumer via heldio.com with Miraix Creators by M. Rötzer (Allschwil, Switzerland).
2. Contract
The contract is formed when you confirm at checkout ("Pay now"). We confirm receipt by email.
3. Service
We create a personalised children's book based on your input and photos. Depending on the chosen tier you receive a PDF and/or a printed book.
4. Prices & payment
All prices include VAT. DACH shipping is included. Payment via Stripe (card, Klarna, SEPA).
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/Switzerland have a 14-day right of withdrawal for printed books. For the digital PDF, the right of withdrawal expires once you explicitly consent to early performance and download the file — disclosed clearly at checkout.
6. Quality guarantee
If print or illustration quality is markedly below our standard, we reprint at our cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
7. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
8. Governing law & venue
Swiss law applies. Venue is Basel-Landschaft, unless you as a consumer have a mandatory alternative venue.
